where did the influx of people coming to 4chan come from as of late?

Can we please create an /rp/ board and ban role-playing from all other boards? Watching people post pictures of anime girls and pretending to be them is one of the most cringe-inducing things I see on this site. Also /int/ has a pretty big problem where someone (usually an Australian) will post images of a girl and say something that's almost completely irrelevant to the board's topic.

Why is /m/ so fucking shitty compared to /a/?

It's a complete anomaly. Normally the smaller the board is the better, but /m/ is filled with /v/tier discussion. There are retards ready to jump on you for any reason whatsoever like /v/ does with its RAGE shit.

I've seen as much mecha as the average person on /m/ and share their taste but the entire board is filled with spastic autists.

Hiroshima, please consider creating a fetish containment board. I believe all boards would be glad to get rid of footfags, trapfags, cuckfags, etc.

Has anyone else had any problems accessing the boards the last day or so? From last night to this morning, every time I tried to access the boards I would get a server error, however non-board pages (like the site's main page) would load normally. Clearly this didn't affect everyone, since the main page was still showing new threads and posts as usual. I attempted to submit a bug report via the feedback form, however when I clicked submit it redirected me to the Cloudflare backup version of the 4chan.org/feedback page, so I suspect it might not have gone through. This afternoon the site seems back to normal (obviously, since in its previous condition I wouldn't have been able to post this!)

I'm curious if anyone else was experiencing similar problems since it seems unusual for a server problem to affect only one user. I checked the usual sites like isup.me and all indicated no problem with 4chan.org (though they may have only been checking the main 4chan site and not the data servers). I also checked both 4chan's Twitter and the 4chan blog, neither made any mention of any server problems (though the latter's server status indicators intermittently showed one server, either "thumbs" or "static" as down).
