It is very clear that the moderators on this website are unduly abusing their power, and have been for years due to moot leaving them unchecked. Any attempts to "discuss and decide" the future of their place on this website is being cracked down on, presumably to prevent Hiro from noticing the large amount of discontent with them.
Most recently there has been an incredibly draconian restructuring of /d/ and /aco/, with both boards having their content policed not just for Western/Eastern content, but for any sort of content the moderators like or dislike as well. Boards are being run as the personal fiefdoms of moderators, and they continually ignore the feedback of the users. It can be assumed that in this transitional period Hiro is in direct contact with the mods, who are doing their best to control what information reaches him and what doesn't.
For years now the moderators have insisted that the "Feedback" page is where any complaints go, and have banned any discussion of them and their jobs as "off topic." Any sort of communication with moderators is done through countless bans and thread deletions, with the idea that "eventually the poster will understand what I want."
Recently, numerous archives of this site are going down. This makes it a difficult time to maintain continuous discussion, and a very easy time to spread disinformation. Be advised that thread deletions and autosaging are very common due to the increased difficulty in reaquiring deleted information. Also remember that whenever a screencap of a comment from Hiro is posted, be sure to check the original post on an outside archive; moderators and/or their bootlickers are spreading disinfo through the use of edited screencaps.
