Their entire culture is "chads" and "girls" insulting anyone who tries to discuss anything there with the explicit intent to be blatantly disruptive, all while the mods turn a blind eye to it.
On the other side, it's a bunch of depressed blue pillers who perpetually complain about their lives instead of foresaking 3DPD and finding joy in hobbies/interests like the rest of 4chan.
