neo-/mu/ must be fought on all fronts. They're opinions are objectively shit and incorrect. They regularly spew incoherent nonsense and claim it to me musical criticism. The main problem is poptimism. I can appreciate good pop music as it is, but right now there are neo-/mu/tants suffering from the same disease that Pitchfork is guilty of perpetrating, which essentially can be boiled down to "popular/big name = good" without considering other artistic merits

2010 /mu/ and Pitchfork wouldn't give two shits about Fetty Wap or Carly Rae Jepsen but here we are
