This is the SECOND time this has happened, I get unbanned like ten minutes later but for that time I'm afraid the fucking FBI is going to kick down my door.
Has this happened to anyone else?

How exactly do they exploit them?
They know it's not a banned IP, I assume they know when they've fucked up and banned somebody in 2013 so they lift it.

I dont think they ever go through the list of perma bans and remove them unless someone points it out to them they they got a banned IP after someone else.

People get on mobile networks to post shit they know they'll get banned for, because it's easy as fuck to reset the IP and nuts to the faggot that gets handed that IP after them.

Phones are basically free proxies. There's a reason that entire mobile networks have gotten rangebanned before.

In case you lack the comprehension, I took a fucking screenshot of my ban message and used it as the OP image, I was going to send it to someone if it didn't get lifted, but after a few minutes it was and I posted it to /qa/.
You can save an image and check your IP on a phone anon.

and yes, probably, but not only for mobile, many internet companies use dynamic IP's.

A much more common case of unintentional bans are range bans, that are used a last resource

I just had this happen to me today and it happened about 2 weeks ago. It was on a moblile but what I don't understand is the "you can't appeal" message. We should at least have an option for a mod to look at a ban, especially when both times it was a charge of cp.
