Split the UK into regional flags

This would apply to the current boards with flags, that being /sp/, /pol/ and /int/.

So instead of seeing "United Kingdom", you would see "England" or "Scotland".

Technically not possible.
Moot explained their geoip database only goes 1 level deep, if they were to change it they would need to use another database (level 2 is always more inaccurate, even some level 1 flags are wrong already) and they would need to rewrite 4chan code for resolving the countries.
Only regions which differ ethnically or geographically from their mainland will get their own top level geolocation.
