/tv/ needs to temporarily be split into /film/ and /series/. Yes, /series/. /tv/ as a board needs to be retired for a period to purge stagnant elements.
/film/'s topic is obvious, non-episodic visual works and artistic visual works, maybe there is a time limit requirement on the former (but not the latter, because art films can be like five minutes long). Reviews might be allowed on /film/, but actors, actresses, production staff, or entertainment personalities are not permitted.
/series/ is for episodic visual works as well as live action web videos that are both FICTIONAL and intended for entertainment purposes. No nonfiction webseries, no blogs, no ecelebs. No /co/ material either.
This should at the very least lessen the shitposting by dividing stagnant memes between two boards and letting a new culture develop.
