Can the muting feature please be removed from /r9k/?

If a post isn't original or just contains an image, it should just not go through and there should be a message that the post isn't original or that an image cannot be uploaded without text.

It can get annoying for art , image dumps, or music threads on /r9k/. Someone posts a youtube link to a song and someone else tried to, but gets muted so they try another youtube link, but it has already been posted and gets muted even more.
