These pictures are zoomed quite in so you won't notice it on the normal resolution and currently it's taking me about 30 minutes each.

No you're doing fine dude, the edited parts are just a bit sharp compared to the rest.
I think using a really small blend or blur tool might help some

Something like this?

Used "Mixer Brush Tool" is Photoshop.

So far I've only been using clone stamp, healing brush, and a bit of the fill function for the skin coloured parts.

Please do suggest better methods if you know them as I really am just learning right now.

I'm not that good either, but see on the lines that were'nt edited how they're sorta blurred buy putting lighter greys next to em,
that helps to sorta blend em in and not have the lines stand out as much so maybe doing the same would help
