Hey guys. Trying to find a Baw-toon

I'm looking for a little comic/cartoon/picture thing, where it shows a girl without a heart going after a guy, a guy behind her gives her his own heart, then she runs after the first guy. it ends with the guy painting a smile on his face with the chest wound.
