Men age the same as women, maybe even worse. The difference is older men aren't considering spent, useless, unattractive, whereas older women are.
Obviously this is because a womans fertility declines past her 20s, a mans does at a lot slower rate, and in fact an older man may be more secure, stable and better at protecting you and your kids than a younger.
TL;DR men and women age the same but aged women are worthless
