I'm almost certain that I have some kind of genetic autoimmune disease that is slowly killing me.

Slowly worsening
>muscle twitches
>muscle and joint aches
>strange epileptic seizures or near seizures
>memory is quickly deteriorating, especially short term
>am becoming extremely apathetic and emotionally dead
>somthing is wrong with my cardiovascular system, heart flutters and has hollow pressure like feeling

And the worst part is I look fine on the outside for now, so I don't know what to do.
