Today I actually talked about this with a relative of the girl (extended family).
Apparently what had happened was 2 weeks prior to this event her father died and I remember correctly with her mother being fucking useless she had to moved to SC to stay with some of her family there.
She'd had a very difficult time adjusting to the new school and generally was not having a good time apparently she was attached to her father.
Gotta say if you've got all that shit to deal with you'd be upset enough to act like this.
Deputy officer did not handle this one right at all.
