Anyone else have a tic?

I don't have autism but for some reason after I piss I feel a need to move my neck around. I also feel the need to do it/shiver in public sometimes if someone is directly behind me (not in a line/queue, just walking behind me really closely) but for some reason in public I can actively suppress it. However when I'm alone/relaxed sometimes the shiver comes and my neck moves almost involuntarily.
