Just looked it up, I seem to have had it for all of my life.
I never thought of it as particularly bad, mostly just a crutch or a fun thing to do when alone
Though because of life events I've lost the ability to have romantic daydreams anymore and this has turned me into a more vile, angry, and bitter man so maybe I was and still am dependent on such feelings
