Buddhism makes no claims, only offers you insight to make your own conclusions, and these conclusions are about nothing that is, but what is not.
You also seem to believe in the western type of reincarnation. In the original Buddhist sense karma simply means action and reincarnation refers to your karma staying after you die, so if you for example did 'bad' things those bad things will life on and influence life after you, and they see all life as connected, that there is no "you", you do not have a soul, so you're damaging life as a whole including yourself by doing harmful things.
In short:
