I'll start.

Chances are he either feels fine and claims to be depressed for attention or is acting like a giant child when he feel sad. People with major depressive disorder I'm fine with, because they're legit suffering.
>His only "hobbies" are anime and video games
There is nothing wrong with a guy who likes either of these things, but if these are all he's into that's a sign he's a boring person. You can't even call these hobbies, they're simply consuming media. It's just as ridiculous as calling Netflix a hobby.
>He's never been in a relationship before
This is a sure sign that something is wrong with him. If he is over the age of eighteen and has never been in a relationship before, it speaks volumes about his interactions with others. Don't care about kiss/hug or regular virginity or lack thereof.
>He's not white/Asian
I'm not a racist person, I'm not physically attracted to the distinctive facial features of people not belonging to these races. I wouldn't want to be with someone I'm not sexually attracted to, at least to some degree.
>He can't hold a conversation
I don't think this one really needs explaining.
