5 days sober here.

Survived my first Friday night without drinking that I can remember last night (Australian).

Now got to get through Saturday night. It's a cold, wet and dreary Saturday with rain and thunderstorms and I've got a leg of lamb I'm going to slow roast, gonna practice some Spanish and watch a tv series. Probably Sherlock or Broadchurch.

alcohol is overrated tbh but every time i nevertheless decide to drink.
i get sober very quickly but i also suffer from wicked hangovers and i don't even drink often. alcohol has little effect on me it seems other than the hangovers
