Would also suggest Breathless, whilst I've not bought anything significant from them yet, I've been to their physical store (off the beaten path between St Pancras and Kings Cross stations in London) and tried a few things on, and liked the look of their stuff, bit more pricey than Libidex though.
Other UK sellers include Honour (more of a general Kink/Fetish shop than latex shop), Catalyst (specialise in Chlorinated latex) and Rubber55 (best known for their hoods)
If you are going to buy from Libidex (a good shop to start with), I'd suggest waiting until around Xmas/New Year as they'll have a big Winter Sale with at least 20% most items.
