I recall more info for anybody who cares. On one article about her (may have been the Chive if I recall), there was one or two people who knew her talking. She responded to them with her real facebook account, so they were legit.
Apparently she was a bit of a legend in her hometown, and planned to have a reduction.
Since then she seems to have disappeared. No info on her at all, which is weird given the internets obsession with keeping tabs on people.
