Since my feelings are fu cked up anyways it got quite ez for me, because I thought as well as I the other one is thinking that way. There is a reason behind it and not allways ment in a bad way. On top of that just delete your ego and try to improve nobody is perfect its the journey to become which makes it interesting for me.
Sometimes I still catch me, thinking about the past, in which ways I was defending for nothing, which didnt got me anything exept for not taking a good argument.
Makes me disturbed everytime, because its not fair for the other person.
And in the end you sometimes go to far.
