Here's a new version of my galaxy generation program.

I made some major changes to the way the systems are organized. Now instead n number of clusters are generated, and then filled with stars, who are filled with planets.

This way the cluster owns stars, who own planets. This will make things like implementing the IMF way, way easier, since we can set cluster specific variables.

This version has the planet generation turned off, since to make star's own planets I need to rework some of the code.

The whole elif block has been remade into a list instead.

Cluster names are placeholders, and the progress bar for writing to file is probably not broken, but I can't get it to work 100% properly.
