I'm going to introduce to you a mindset which will keep you in a perpetual "work is never over" state. Basically, whenever you are done with all your work due the next week, remind yourself that you should go over old material to keep it fresh in your mind and alternatively you should also be reading up on the topics that are going to be covered next in class so that you are well prepared. i envy how structured your coursework is.

i have 2 weeks to sift through a 1400 textbook of abbreviated notes to prep for my exam.
the department has "assured us" that everything to be tested is in the book.

Used to be the worst day of the week.
I had no money, not friends, no means of transport and Sundays were driving me crazy.
I didn't even have a computer and the library was closed during weekends, so I literally had nothing to do. Not as fun as you describe it.

Now that I dropped out I'm just living the dream every day.
