What are some good universities I should consider for doing postgrad chemE (probably masters)? They should be realistic based on the following, so obviously I can't just go apply for MIT or anything.

I'm currently studying at the university of Auckland in New Zealand, going into my final year with an 8.25 GPA (9-point scale, so just above an A average). My uni is the best in my country but it isn't great worldwide. Ranked #82. Though apparently IChemE recognises our bachelors with honours as being equivalent to a UK masters. By the time I graduate I should have accumulated a decent amount of research experience too.

Also, what can I expect as a starting salary once I move into industry? The average here seems to be NZ 60K (40K US) but it sounds like overseas there are people earning a significant amount more, in excess of 80K US easily.
