I don't really see the point of mind uploading, since you in the strictest sense wouldn't be the upload.
Anyroo, I'd just love some direct interfaces with computers/tech. Could probably be achieved relatively simply by brain implants since the brain is fairly plastic. Biggest challenges would be electricity supply and safety concerns.
