but i do want to be clear- you ARE retarded

The words "one-tail" are relevant here
First you figure out what 1/8th is, which might be difficult. But since the problem states LONGER than x cm, you should find the complement 1-1/8=7/8. Then, you look up how many standard deviations on a normal distribution that number is. Then you multiply by 1.5. Then you add to the mean.

But please please PLEASE don't forget that you are retarded!
