I don't know what you mean. is it the shitty camouflage? It's not designed for human eyes. Hunters dress in orange when hunting deer because deer can't see that. But clothes laundered with brightener light up in ultraviolet which is highly visible to them, but not to the would-be hunter. Zebras have something zimilar going on. Peacock male is a whole different can of feathers.
