What radial acceleration is required for this force to be equal to g? You should find that the mass of the person cancels out, and you can just use a dummy variable m for that mass before it cancels... and the mass of the spaceship of course doesn't come into play because the force isn't due to gravity (would be very small between person/ship) but is due to................
