Requesting advice.

Dear fellow /sci/anons, I currently suffer from a severe problem involving chronic masturbation. It was originally intended as an experiment, but this problem has grown out of bounds.

I have noticed that after several months of encountering this problem, my cognitive abilities, especially those associated with mathematical proofs and formulae, has declined considerably.

As an example, I find myself struggling to do proofs involving Euclidean Geometry despite having no problem whatsoever with it before.

My memory has also been affected, to the point where I feel almost constantly hungover, despite sleep and abstinence from alcohol.

As fellow users of the /sci/ board, is there anything I can do to solve this problem?
Withdrawal symptoms are a huge issue, so any advice pertaining to this matter is highly appreciated.

I can't even think properly after a mere 6 months of daily masturbation....what should I do? Hold me, /sci/. My body is so used to jacking off, I struggle to do anything else without at least masturbating once daily.
