That article is good, check the chart number 6 and the scores. Obviously you have twice the chances if you are American because your education system (and primary language) but the fact that your system its good doesn't even mean that the others systems are wrong. Also for the 20% of aspirants being non-Americans I think the results are pretty good.
I'm not even mad dude. Here in my state (not the capital), the second most important Med school has a pact or something with the uní of texas, so if they demonstrate that they know English and Shit they get the title with the certification of Texas uni.
