Is there any /sci/ approved way to learn things? For example I have a test tomorrow about anthropometry and wonder what is the most effectively way to memorize as much as possible.

By taking the time every day for months before an exam making notes, refining the notes, and re-reading the notes each day until you know everything

You're probably putting more time into learning how to learn than learning what you need to but.... Stacking is your friend. Make notecards and go through all of them at once. No breaks no starting over. Keep doing that until you master the material.
