Hey Sci,

Let's talk tesla, electricity, and energy.

I've been thinking:

>Tesla was smart
>probably a savant
>made grandiose claims of whacky inventions
>turns out that a lot of them were real
>some of them (death ray for example) never saw the light of day

I feel as if Tesla was an honest and no bullshit kind of guy. The kind of guy whose word meant everything to him. I personally believe that everything he had claimed he could do is possible.

So based on that, why haven't we (the human race) figured out how to harness endless amounts of energy from the earth/cosmos? I mean, if he could do it, anyone could do it.. right? In essence, he is no different than you or I.

The ionosphere is a legit thing with a vast amount of electrical energy that can be harnessed and he claimed that he could tap in to it.

Is it luck that he figured it out? Have the secrets been hidden from us by big brother? Was he a lying cunt?
