Fat can be transformed into energy via cellular respiration but you forget that just churning out ATP isn't all the body has to do to survive.
What about those essential amino acids your body can't make? Some of them are used in neurotransmitters, so have fun running out of those. Not to mention all the other proteins they're used; I don't even know what completely cutting them out of your diet would do, but it would be bad.
What about all the other metabolic processes that rely on outside input of nutrients. The body is pretty damn good at creating what it needs, but with only lipids and your own body proteins, It won't be able to do everything.
