Welcome, I am looking for a program that would let me created free codes for pre-paid electrical energy meter.
All I know is: code is generated per device, AKA you give energy company device code and amount of energy you want to purchase and they give you code.
Planning to purchase many codes and use them to create code generator.
Anybody know the program that would be useful?
