You might have significantly more credibility and potential support for whatever point you seem to be trying to make if you didn't use "autism" in a derogatory way.
You apparently don't know what it means to be autistic as the context of your use doesn't even make sense.
So, in taking issue with janitors you see fit to pick on the disabled and pejoratively refer to those who can do nothing about the way they were born.
It's takes a really special kind of loser to pick on those who are challenged from birth.
Maybe go pick on the marine who had his legs blown off and is condemned to a wheelchair the rest of his life so you can enjoy your free speech. That would be a lesser offense as at least that marine had a choice and made a conscious choice to do what he did while cognizant of what the result might be--in marked contrast to one born with autism and all its' lifelong challenges.
