"Lifestyle changes: Gym, diet (cook your own meals it's really satisfying), productivity habits, meditation, try and be social once in a while, maybe cognitive behavioral therapy or just spending 20-30 min alone everyday thinking about stuff stress free with no other obligations can help you gain perspective on how to improve. Any drug on the day-to-day isn't going to help imo. I've tried xanax weed opiates & ritalin/focalin each individually for a few days in a row to help expedite changes in myself. None of them really worked because any drug everyday gets annoying. Keep whatever you choose to once a week or something and focus more on the lifestyle changes"
