not differentiable at skips, jumps, and areas where the graph is changing super fast(x=2)

I would assume x = -4, x-2 would be your answer since I don't see anything else

As another said, 6 and -6 should be an answer if it is not continuous. So try

As I told you earlier, if you are given a graph, look for areas that where the graph jumps, or skips, and areas where the graph is changing extremely fast, like x = 2 for example.

No, you're analyzing a graph. You probably won't see it on a test, it's not that important because it's rather easy to understand. See you here again when you're on chain rule and related rates :)

Just keep zooming into one point p. If the graph of f turns into a straight line then f is differentiable in p. In the other points it isn't for example for your graph you will just see a single point if you zoom into x=-4 and you will see an L form if you zoom into x=2.

Not if you don't have the math that describes them, no.

If you had the math, it would be super obvious because it would be of this form:

Function A(x) from -inf to -4
Function B(x) for -4
Function C(x) from -4 to 2
Function D(x) from 2 to inf:

And then it's not exactly rocket science to guess the discontinuities are at -4 and 2.

If there's holes or corners, the function is not differentiable at that point. Do you even read your calc book? I'm certain it says that right in there. There's another case where it's not differentiable, but I'm going to leave it up to you to look at your freaking book, or at least do a Google search for "when is a function not differentiable".
