log(√10)=log(10^(1/2)) one of the laws says that is equal to (1/2)log(10), given that log(10)=1 since the log is a measure of the exponents of ten (ie 10^x) required to obtain a value. Therefore, log(√10)=1/2log(10)=(1/2)(1)=1/2.

log√10 = log base(10) 10^1/2
there is a rule that if the any 2 numbers are the same, then the third is the answer
