Guys, can anyone help me with this? you have P and v. P is 14π dm, and v is 6dm. You need to get r out of this. Is it even possible?

Yeah i cant realy prove 18, but we have finished with geometry and this is not an avarage type of a math problem you get in geometry. At least not in our math class. Im 4th grade of highschool, and i have forgot about quadratic equation, since we took it in 2th grade.
