EM, PM&R, Ortho, Derm, Plastics, Otolaryngology, and a few others I can't think of right now are primarily shift work without call schedule. EM in particular is salaried, so you don't even have to work with the "eat what you kill" mentality in many other positions.
Get to deal with the non-stop supposition that you are retarded, but I think that is primarily because the other specialities are jelly of your hourly income.
