Ok so here's how this works.

Rabb.it basically lets you start a chatroom with a VNC/RDP Controlled Firefox Browser in the middle of it. You can take turns controlling the Browser... all participants see the browser contents streamed in real-time.

You can Enable text based chat, mic based chat, and webcam if you like .

This essentially allows you to do things like... watch synced streaming video in real-time...

It does require Chrome Browser for PC/Mac/Linux... but it is free, and doesn't require Installation, Signup... or any personal information whatsoever for basic Low-Def use.
