>As one source has explained it to PFT, the Patriots have become concerned that a team eventually will plant bugs on its own and claim that the Patriots put them there. This has prompted the Patriots to ask the league to certify before each game that the visiting locker room is clean before an opposing team enters. Per the source, the NFL has declined to do this.
>the Patriots to ask the league to certify before each game that the visiting locker room is clean before an opposing team enters >the NFL has declined to do this.
>mfw other teams are so paranoid about the Pats that they actually ask the NFL to search for bugs in locker rooms >mfw the NFL is so butthurt and desperate after getting BTFO in court that they actually do it >mfw the NFL "protects the integrity of the game" by refusing the Patriots request to certify no one frames them
Surely the GOAT will return rested and refreshed and bring this company back to order. Because at the end of the day it's not about the workrate or technical proficiency, it's about all the little jimmies out there who need a reason to believe.
Guys, let's write a letter to the commissioner saying we want the preseason cut down by two weeks and want the regular season to be extended 3 weeks. It would have the same layout, but add in 3 AFC teams to the NFC's schedule and vice versa. Doing this would also make it more competitive, so teams like the Patriots would have less of a chance of going through the season undefeated.
Plus, the NFL makes more money this way, just by saying, "Instead of preseason, it'll be regular season." The players and coaches want the preseason reduced anyway due to injuries. How has this not happened yet?
