Has it ever happened where an entire team was disqualified/forced to forfeit during a game? I don't mean like somebody was DQ'd after the fact or busted for juicing or something, but something where a team did something so heinous or accumulated so many penalties that the refs/umpires just go "no, fuck this, you guys are done. Game over."?
