Brady has him beat in percentage, average yards per attempt, 1st down percentage and throws less picks.

The only thing rodgers has over him is sacks

It seems to me that passer rating is very flawed and overrates rodgers quite a bit

Passer rating is all about per attempt stats. It takes QB's completion%, yards per attempt, TDs per attempt and INTs per attempt (only stats that count towards passer rating) and then calculates the rating with some mathematical formula.

So it pretty much greatly favours QBs who don't throw a lot.

For example, throwing for 2 TDs and 0 INTs on 18 attempts is better for your passer rating that throwing 5 TDs and 1 INT on 50 attempts
