>>63017852Debuting against Super Cena for his strap would require Finn to go all out in not only in-ring performance, but in every aspect, including full paint (saved for NXT Specials) in order to go over regardless of the outcome of the match.
In a way when you think about it, it's kinda suicide for his run on the main roster. You set a standard so high most people are going to expect that of you every time, which isn't possible without serious health risk as seen in the past with many legends.
Don't get me wrong, I'd really like to see him not only carry but defend the belt properly every week in an open challenge same as Cena. But I think that match would be setting things too high and put him at risk for falling back into the mid-card, upper-mid at best if he can't perform to those expectations in the future.
Someone else, such as Kevin Owens (double champ hasn't been done in awhile) winning the belt from Cena (clean or dirty, doesn't matter at this point, he's a monster heel) real soon, then losing it not long after to Finn on his debut would probably be the best way to go if you ask me.
