Recall Bonds only saw 4 - 6 pitches per at bat.

He took PEDs when a lot of others were doing it too and they were surpassing him only because of that. All the hype of the home run chase of '98 was because of steroids. The documentaries, the attendance, the TV ratings, the news, all of it.

Barry's only "crime" was being so fucking good at the game without PEDs that taking them basically broke the game. Now everyone pretends like he invented steroids or was somehow using "more" than other players. He got the same edge all those inferior players got, he was just a HOF-caliber player before he even touched the stuff. How does that make him a worse person than any of them?
