He may act like a bit of an asshole, but he wins and that's the only thing that matters in mourinho's world.
He also idolises fergie and wants to have a legacy at a single club, of having a generation of supporters grow up knowing only one manager. Wenger has this too, despite being a worse manager than both red nose and mourinho by the W/L metric, the only thing that matters to mourinho. This is the cause of his cognitive dissonance, that maybe more things than winning matter for a manager, that acting like a knob is not okay just because your team wins football matches. This goes against his result only philosophy and he resents wenger for it.
