Hoffenheim appoint 28 year old as manager

>Hoffenheim have appointed 28-year-old Julian Nagelsmann, who has yet to pass his senior coaching examinations, as their manager from next season, which will make him the youngest ever Bundesliga head coach.

>The club sacked Markus Gisdol on Monday, appointing the 61-year-old Bundesliga veteran Huub Stevens as his successor until the end of the campaign, with the Dutchman tasked with keeping struggling Hoffenheim up.

>“We know this is a courageous step but we see in him [Nagelsmann] such a huge coaching talent that we want to give him a prospect,” said the Hoffenheim sports director, Alexander Rosen, who confirmed Nagelsmann had been given a three-year deal.

So I google youngest managers and found this from last year

>James Phillips, 22, will become the youngest ever manager in the FA Cup's 143-year history on Saturday when he takes charge of Romsey Town against Fareham Town. The youngster got hooked on the computer game Football Manager as a teenager, and now finds himself in charge of the Wessex League Division One side.

How could you take a manager seriously when he's younger than most players on the team?
