This kid was a first round pick, and looked like he had huge promise his rookie year. What went wrong here? Any Vikings fans (loool) got the scoop?

He had one year in a DI school, where he was really good. It was thought he could keep progressing. Turns out he's just talented athletically, but doesn't care enough to learn how to run routes or understand the playbook. He's kind of like Devin Hester, but not as fast.

He's not that big a bust, the Patriots didn't get anyone that good with the four low picks.

Probably should have just left him as a special teams player.
