Well, a sport is: an activity involving physical exertion and skill in which an individual or team competes against another or others for entertainment.

I consider golf to be a sport. I consider it a sport as much as esports, though, if that makes any sense. It doesn't require near enough 'physical exertion' as soccer or boxing, but it still requires a specific skill and can provide entertainment. I mean, I find golf boring as fuck, but a decent number of people watch it.

Patrice's argument isn't very good. He has a very subjective view on what a sport is. I don't think the argument should be "is golf a sport", because by definition it is. It should be "is golf a good sport?".

Also, RIP Patrice O'Neal :(
